The Bulk shipping industry has remarkably coped up with these changes, however, there are still incidents of bulk cargo damages. There were also reports of hull damages resulting from cargo shifting, that even went far to ships being lost due to such damages. Additionally, ship personnel are subjected to bulk industry demands that deals with hold cleanliness, cargo care and carriage requirements.
